Information you provide
The proposal form collects your contact information and the association or development details you choose to provide. We store submissions in the website’s hosted database so The HOA Company can review and respond to management inquiries. The form does not create a homeowner account or submit a request to the Owner Portal.
Website activity and spam prevention
We count page visits, proposal form starts, successful submissions, and portal or contact link clicks in aggregate. These counts do not contain names, email addresses, form contents, or cross-site advertising identifiers. This website does not use advertising analytics cookies.
To help prevent automated abuse, the server temporarily processes a hashed network identifier and form verification information. Anti-abuse records expire and are cleaned up as requests are processed. Hosting providers may also process technical request information to operate and secure the service.
Use and access
Inquiry information is used for service evaluation and follow-up. Access to stored submissions is restricted through the hosting account. Website hosting and database services process this information to provide the site. We do not publish proposal submissions on this website.
External services
The Owner Portal and resale-request service are separate systems. Their own privacy and account terms apply when you use those services.
